- How do I set up my Comera Pay Account?
Download the Comera Pay App. Register your mobile number and complete the KYC. Upon verification, your Comera Pay wallet is activated.
- How do I complete my KYC?
Scan the front and back of your Emirates ID, confirm your details and take a selfie. After verification, your Account will be activated.
Transactions
- How can I transfer money to another user?
Click on Transfer on the Home Screen and follow the subsequent steps to transfer money.
- How to add money to the Comera Pay wallet?
Click on Deposit on the Home Screen and choose your preferred method to add money to your wallet.

3. How to withdraw from Comera Pay wallet?
Click on Withdraw on the Home Screen and follow the subsequent steps to transfer money to your Bank Account.

- How do I set/reset my PIN?
During registration process and after the KYC, you will be prompted to set your PIN. To reset your PIN, visit the Profile section, click Security Settings and then Change PIN.
- How to update my mobile number?
Visit the Profile section, click on Account and update your mobile number and verify.
3.How to delete Comera Pay Account?
Visit the Profile section, click on Account and select Delete Account.
Multicurrency Card
- What is a Comera Pay Multicurrency card? What are the benefits?
The Comera Pay Multicurrency Card is a free digital Multicurrency card that allows fast, secure payments online and in-store, both locally and internationally. There are no minimum salary or balance requirements. Spend in multiple currencies with ease, all from one convenient app. - How can I apply for a Comera Pay Multicurrency card?
Open the Comera app, tap the wallet icon in the top-right corner, and navigate to your Comera Pay Wallet. Then, tap on Multicurrency Card to get started. It is quick, simple, and you will have your virtual card ready to use in minutes. - Is there a charge for applying for a card?
The virtual card is completely free. If you prefer a physical card, you can order one through the app for AED 25, including delivery. For a premium option, the Metal card is available for AED 200, also inclusive of delivery charges. - What is the difference between a digital Multicurrency card and a physical one?
Both digital and physical cards function the same, support multi-currency payments and come with strong security features like PIN protection and two-factor authentication.- Digital card: Ideal for online shopping or mobile wallets.
- Physical card: Perfect for in-store swipes, taps, or ATM use.
- Can I use it like a normal bank card for transactions?
Yes! The Comera Pay Multicurrency Card works for both online and in-store purchases, just like a regular bank card. It supports multiple currencies and includes PIN and transaction alerts for security. - How long does it take to receive my physical Multicurrency card?
Once your availability is confirmed with the delivery agent, your physical card will be delivered within two (2) working days. - How can I track the delivery of my physical card?
Once you have applied for a physical card in the app, you can track its delivery status directly within the app. - How can I set my pin? How can I reset my pin?
When applying for your virtual card, you will set a 4-digit PIN. To change it later, go to Multicurrency Cards in the app and select ‘Reset PIN’. - Can I lock/ unlock my card?
Yes. In the app, go to Multicurrency Cards and simply tap ‘Lock Card’ or ‘Unlock Card’ depending on your needs. - How can I set spending limits on my card transactions?
To set spending limits, open the Multicurrency Card in the Comera Pay app, tap Card Limit, then select Set Card Controls and Limits. Customize daily, weekly, or monthly limits instantly for better control. - Can we use Comera Pay Multicurrency card to purchase outside of UAE?
Absolutely. The Comera Pay Multicurrency Card is accepted worldwide anywhere VISA payments are supported. - What other currencies are available in Multicurrency cards?
Currently, you can hold and transact in AED and USD. More currencies will be available soon. - How can I add USD to my card?
Top up your card with an AED using the app. Once added, you can convert your AED to USD directly within the app. - Where can I find my 3DS transaction OTPs?
You will receive your 3DS OTPs in the Comera app. Simply log in and navigate to the Multicurrency Card page to view the OTP for your 3DS transactions. - How can I view my transaction history?
In the Comera Pay app, go to Multicurrency Cards → Transaction History. Tap ‘See All’ for a full view of your transactions. - Where do I find CVV number?
Open the app, go to Multicurrency Card → Card Details, and your CVV will be visible there for your card. - Issues related to Comera Pay purchase?

Open the Comera Pay app, go to the Cards section, and tap ‘Cancel Card’ to initiate the closure. A member of our customer support team will then contact you to complete the process.
