3. Important Notes

Fees and pricing are not included in this Key Facts Statement. Full pricing will be detailed in your Merchant Service Agreement. The following components will apply:

  • Merchant Discount Rate (MDR)
  • Per Transaction (Fixed Fee)
  • One Time Setup Fee
  • Annual Fees
  • Refund & Release Fee
  • Chargeback Fee
  • POS Terminal Fee
  • Comera Pay reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw features. Merchants will be notified in accordance with CBUAE Consumer Protection Standards.
  • This document is issued under the CBUAE Consumer Protection Regulation and Standards on Transparency and Disclosure.
  • In case of any discrepancy, the Merchant Service Agreement shall prevail.

4. Eligibility & Onboarding

  • Registered business entity in the UAE (mainland or free zone) with a valid trade license.
  • Satisfactory KYC/KYB review, including UBO disclosure and AML/CFT screening.
  • Execution of Comera Pay’s Merchant Service Agreement and acceptance of the applicable Schedule of Charges.
  • Compliance with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard) and CBUAE payment regulations.
