- How do I set up my Comera Pay Account?
Download the Comera Pay App. Register your mobile number and complete the KYC. Upon verification, your Comera Pay wallet is activated.
- How do I complete my KYC?
Scan the front and back of your Emirates ID, confirm your details and take a selfie. After verification, your Account will be activated.
Transactions
- How can I transfer money to another user?
Click on Transfer on the Home Screen and follow the subsequent steps to transfer money.
- How to add money to the Comera Pay wallet?
Click on Deposit on the Home Screen and choose your preferred method to add money to your wallet.
- Add money via Debit card
- Add money via Bank Account
3. How to withdraw from Comera Pay wallet?
Click on Withdraw on the Home Screen and follow the subsequent steps to transfer money to your Bank Account.
Login & Security
- How do I set/reset my PIN?
During registration process and after the KYC, you will be prompted to set your PIN. To reset your PIN, visit the Profile section, click Security Settings and then Change PIN.
- How to update my mobile number?
Visit the Profile section, click on Account and update your mobile number and verify.
3.How to delete Comera Pay Account?
Visit the Profile section, click on Account and select Delete Account.
